Climate control c4 picasso

I have a problem with climate control where it blows hot on the passengers side but cold on the drivers side i changed the actuators but still same result ,this is on a lhd car .does anyone know of a remedy for this

Air mixer flaps or a blockage in the matrix or pipes.
