ZX Roof Rail Ridges

Is there anyway of getting these off without breaking them or the clips? Mine I think have moved too far forward, causing the windscreen rubber to push forward.

well i saw one recently at an auction where they were loose, the thing should just slide back as its in a track with T shaped pegs. Otherwise i dont know!
