Non starter

Hi I have a 2008 207sw 1.6hdi which wouldn’t start about a month ago and it ended up needed new glow plugs (can’t remember fault code) so been using it fine for a month until just now
So car started fine and reversed it off the drive and then the car cut out and now turns over but won’t start you have scanned it and it comes up with code P2291 starting monitoring pressure insufficient when starting
Please any advice would be much appreciated

Plenty of fuel in it (dont trust the gauge) ?
What is the fuel pressure when cranking on live data?
Can you see engine RPM live data?
Do you have Cam & crank syncronisation?
