Hello, forummers.
Last week i was looking with a friend of my with the use of the diagbox, when the suspension changed from soft/stif.
We noticed, that on normal roads, not asphalt, the system changed very often.
I want now do some measurement on the CSS computer it self, and therefore i'm looking for the connections/wiring diagram of this unit.
Sinds i have a V6/3.0, there is a separate computer for the suspension.
Greetings,
Kees.

Re: CSS computer connections
There are 2 suspension computers on V6 models.
The CSS computer and the standard computer that is part of the BHI. On V6 models they work together to provide separate functions. I'm not sure what you are looking for but ride handling is automatic and sport mode will change as needed depending on factors like road conditions, vehicle speed, steering wheel angle, trajectory etc. So I would suggest it is normal behaviour. The reference values and laws are pre-programmed into the CSS computer.
Here's the diagram
7758 Is the CSS (Variable Damping Computer, but note: unlike the C6 has no AMVAR functionality).
7715 is the Suspension Control Unit

Re: CSS computer connections
Thanks, Marc.
The reason i was asking for this is, in the past i had a Citroen XM V6/3.0, and i find this car more comfortable on the suspension.
I will try, how the car performs as i remove remove the fuse G39.
As far as i know, then the stiff regulator remains soft.
I understand that i will get an error message.
Last question,.where can i find unit 7715 in the car?
Greetings,
Kees.

Re: CSS computer connections
You can’t, that’s integrated into the BHI.
If you disconnect G39 I think you’ll stop the pump from working too

Re: CSS computer connections
G39 is in the passenger compartment fuse box, so on a left hand drive under the drivers dash.
Be careful, there are 2 fuse banks here. Both have a fuse G39, so you need the fuse bank ONLY with the G36 to G40 fuses, NOT the bank with fuses G29 to G40!
