Hello, I have a 308 1.4 vti 8fs engine, the car runs stable with very slight cutting from time to time but gets rough when warmed up, until it starts having a rough idle, you can smell petrol on the back, replaced spark plugs with Eyquem platinum, O2 sensor because it had a heating fault, now I get a lean code. P2177 P2191 p0171, and rarely p2134, very rarely.
I checked for vaccum leaks, clogged the pcv hose, the oil dipstick, the canister purge valve, nothing. The O2 sensor is showing a lean voltage of 0.2v and the precast sensor is showing 400mv stable, the Stft starts goes higher to 29 sometimes 32%, I took off the valve cover and verified the timing, the spark plugs are fouled of carbon, the engine was rebuilt recently but not properly, cold it runs like a tennis table, there is some water and black soot coming out the exhaust, I have looked everywhere, I need help please I don't know what to do. The intake manifold and throttle and map sensor was replaced recently because it had LPG and the holes were leaking air, the car still has the LPG ecu but its turned off, what could be the problem? For my diagnosing I took off the fuel pump and injectors from my list since I smell gasoline and the plugs are black, which means either there is too much fuel from ecu trim, or the fuel is not burnt correctly, the smoke hurts in my eyes. When holding the accelerator at 2k rpm or more you can feel the car cutting and stumbling, sometimes you get the cylinder 3 misfire after things get worse but that's just random, since everything is changed. Now I do not get that code. I couldn't find anywhere in the live data to read the map sensor voltage or the baro sensor in the ecu, but the relative manifold pressure shows erratic numbers, going from - 1024 to 500 to 23 to 0, and when engine is off it shows 1000 or sometimes another number but stable, thank you all
EDIT : sometimes even when cold it runs rough and cuts out a lot, by the way the O2 sensor shows 1403mv when cold, and when disconnected it shows 1405 or something, I thought the default value is 4500mv for stoichiometric value no?
Tomorrow I am checking the wires and power to the O2 sensor, any help could be appreciated, please someone check on their car with o2 disconnected for the vti engine
Last screenshots are all with engine off except the last 2
Can the catalytic converter be removed in this car without problems?
Can the downstream O2 sensor cause rough idle and engine problems or is it only to check the catalytic converter efficiency?

Did you have any fault codes before you replaced the O2 sensor ? Was the new sensor an original Peugeot part, just asking since copy parts do not always work as well as the original ones.

I didn't have many codes, only the heating part of the O2 sensor and after a while engine shakes hard and fan turns on and cylinder number 3 misfire shows up, yes it's the original part, what else should I check?
This is the reference written on the O2 sensor 0258017217

Anyone have any idea? I welded the exhaust and it was not the problem the car is going lean and injecting too much fuel because of that, can the cat do this?, I mean he cat was pierce, what is the fuel pressure at the ramp?

Did you solve something? I also have the same problem
