Again me :)

After replacing radio rd4 with rd45 and chaging display, I am not able to activate/deactivate daylights bulbs via radio, there is no option for it. Does it need to be enabled via lexia or...? Thanks

Very likely as you will have likely changed the screen and the Head Unit when switching over to RD45 and both the screen and Head Unit are configurable, so it is likely you will need to check this.

Did you get this working properly, with everything working as it should and full functionality on the USB connection, with logical playback of music ?

I'm considering a similar upgrade to a 2007 C4.

Yes, everything works as expected. I "recovered" missing options via the diagnostic app.
USB also works fine. There is some limit for USB storage, must be FAT and 4GB max. I am not sure, I tried with bigger one and it did not work.
