Electric heater matrix 508GT

Unread post by CAG »

Is the electric heater matrix (N108124M) standard equipment on a 2012 508 GT?
On cold days when the car has been ouside in -10c I'll need to drive at least 10km before I get any heat inside.. So I'm guessing, if I have the electric heater matrix it might be broken?..

The fitment of the auxiliary electric heat is market, engine and trim level dependent.

Ok, my car was sold new in cold Sweden, GT 2.2 diesel, really really well specd, nappa leather seats, bixenon, JBL, massage seats, 19" Style 12 rims, so it should be some kind of higher trim level. (I think the only thing it lacks is rear climate controls, and the two emergency call buttons).

Yours appears to have both the electric heater, and the Webasto unit under the LH front wing! It may be that the electric unit is turned off in the ECU since the Webasto is present. Sounds like there is an issue with Webasto - I think you can interrogate it with Diagbox.
