Peugeot 508 2.0 2017 timing belt torque specs

Unread post by LedZep »

Hi all.
I'm planning to change the timing belt and water pump on my 508 Bluehdi 2.0 2017. According to dealer, it has to be changed at 150 k km. I'm not concern about timing belt condition, as much as water pump from what I've be awared they fail sometimes much earlier. So i prefer to be in the safe zone and i'll change it in current 140 k. Unfortunately i don't find anywhere technical data for the torque spec of my type of engine which is DW10FC. I have technical data for same gen. peugeot 2.0 type engines (crankshaft pulley bolt 70 Nm 62°, tens. pulley nut 21 Nm) but not the specific one. I don't want to reuse the crankshaft bolt with the old school method of marking the position of it as the timing belt kit (INA) has a new bolt. Any ideas?

For the crank drive pulley(1) and for same engine(DW10FC) but older model of 508 I saw that it should be replaced if the slackening torq exceedes 20 m.daN.

Tightening torq
Pre-tighten to 7 daNm
Angular tighten to 100°

Thanks. I'll try to figure out what torque needs, because there are 3 var. of 2014-18 2.0 Lt. engine and different horsepower from 136 hp up to 180 hp, which is mine .I think i'll go for Haynes workshop manual and seems to have detail information about heavy duty maintenance. In his e-shop site claims, "Torque settings". I won't risk it until I'm sure. Thanks again.
