Hi there, looking for some advice on 2015 c3 picasso if possible. Problem is when doors are lock you can open the rear passenger door from outside and it unlocks all the doors. Any info appreciated

Sounds like the actuator is not actually operating on that door, if the car is in a locked state & one of the doors open it will unlock the rest of the car.
Wires can break where the wiring harness goes from the body to the door although not as common on rear doors, may just be a faulty latch/actuator mechanism.
