A nice spot for a rest...
Seen in Daventry Country Park yesterday. Not that I could rest, I was running a 6 hour challenge...
More of the gorgeousness of the park

Nissam Pao's previous appearance on the thread. I believe this one sold for over £4,000 at ACA Auction at Kings Lynn.

Autumn has begun to show in the Maverick Manor estate. Not good pics I'm afraid as they are through the double glazing but I suspect the sight may be gone by tomorrow!

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Have you taken a photo of a piece of art? That photo would look great on canvas

As an aside for number noticers like me this post is post number 11111 on this thread
-------
To answer your question Ryan it's not a picture of an artwork, but an original photo taken by me this afternoon with a 2 minute manipulation on a free online editing and effects website.
Before Bit of manipulation with saturation and contrast here

Our river, the Lovat, a tributary of the Great Ouse just before it joins at the confluence near my house, in flood under the Iron Bridge this morning... It must have rained a bit yesterday...
A bit of autumn now in the trees around here and looking good
