Hey Team
I own a 2014 Citroen DS5
Yesterday the SERVICE light came on on the middle section of my dash and stayed illuminated with 3 or 4 beeps to warn me
At the same point in time the right hand section of my dash turned off and has not returned.
Unfortunately that's the section of the dash that reports the fault causing the SERVICE light to come on and beep
Any idea what has happened anyone experienced this scenario before
Thanks in advance Marc Mulholland
I'm from Christchurch New Zealand only had the car for 6 weeks
Who's best to service it here in Christchurch

Try this first as it can often resolve electrical issues with the BSI and other ECUs, otherwise pop up any fault codes you may get after a diagnostic.

Ignore that part for your car if you like - it won't necessarily be relevant for some later vehicles and I've removed that part now.

Re: Citroen DS5 right side of dash has disappeared
Have tried 3 times to reset the BSI in my 2014 Citroen DS5 ...
But one anomaly (odd thing) happens each time
after reconnecting battery
and putting fob in reader and turning ignition on without touching pedals by reaching thru the window and then off again
I cant use fob or button on outside of door handle to lock and unlock door as instead of operating door locks it makes all the indicators flash ... frustrating
Anyone know what's causing this
If I open the door and shut the door locks open and close fine with either fob or button on door

Hard top say, but ignore it now as long as the fobs are initialised and you can now lock and unlock the doors with the fob.

Yes ... But I don't think the BSI has reset as yet as all faults are still there
No reversing camera, No cruise control, NO right side of dash (still blank), No parking sensors
and when I started car this afternoon, analogue clock spun about 30 times and both clocks stopped at 12.00
Very annoying Marc M

Re: Citroen DS5 right side of dash has disappeared
The BSI Reset will NOT clear any faults that you have with the vehicle. It can only cure some electrical issues or reboot ECUs that have not been shut down properly.
This was a no cost option that you could try just to rule out any gremlins. The issues you describe require more in depth fault finding. It needs diagnosing preferably with Diagbox and the fault codes putting up here along with the VIN.
