I think that Lotus shares quite a lot in common with the Fiesta. They both had 4 wheels, both got door handles, both had a steering wheel. I'm sure there must be other similarities ?

The door handles (on the 'submarine' Lotus) were from a Morris Marina, which is quite appropriate.

When I was in Ellesmere in the summer there was a car show at the Mere (I might post up photos from it in my blog). There was a working Amphicar there.

My Car was like the truck, disconnect the MAF, I'm now Condorman! I had the urge to shout Betty, Betty!!!! But as a kid I didn't know him for that. Porsche off road...that's now possibly true even if only used on tarmac.
