Rear window mistery

Unread post by CITROENC5100 »

Hi, got unlucky and had to change rear doors of my citroen. Changed it and everything is alright, had my window working for few minutes but it only went down and wont go up. Suddenly this button wont work at all, no light in it or anything, tried different electrical harness, thought that wire is broken, but it turns out its not that, tried different buttons, also do not work. Its not about window motor because window operates perfectly from driver side. I m thinking there could be problem in the socket in the car frame (See Attachment) but don't know how to change it or test it. Thanks in advance for advices.

Bad electrical connection / pins, incorrect harness (they are different) are examples.

Do you have any electrical diagram, so I could know which pin responds to that button in this socket?

No because different systems are shown separately on different diagrams and will not show the whole connections for everything (central locking electric windows, hifi lighting etc).

Pop your VIN up and I'll get the electric window one up for you at least.
