C5 x7 rear view camera
Is there an easy way for the cable, from the rear plate to the audio system on the dash?

Re: C5 x7 rear view camera
I take it you have installed an aftermarket system as you had RD4 factory fitted.
You would have to route from the rear through to the rear passenger cabin and go under the floor carpet trims, tucking the wiring up, through to the front drivers or passenger side floor trims (depending if you need to get to the fusebox on the driver's side (LHD), then up the rubber in the footwell door up to the end of the dash, unclip the end of the dashboard trims to get into the dash and route as necessary.
Have a look at my post here with images, that I used when wiring my rear dashcam in my saloon to the front. You may better understand what I'm saying and be able to modify - just don't route anything via the side headlining as the side curtain airbags are there and that will be lethal!
