306 GTi6 ECU Wiring Diagram / Pin Out

Afternoon all

Does anybody happen to have a wiring diagram or ECU pinout for the below ECU?

It's a 306 GTI ECU but we're not sure if it's from a Phase 2 or 3 and it's fitted to a genuine 1 of 2 306 Dimma Cabriolet but when the conversion was done the diagnostics socket wasn't wired in so we need to know which pins are:

12v Feed
GND
K-High
K-Low

If anybody would happen to have the pin out for the 16 pin diagnostic socket on the 306 then this would also be much appreciated as we need to try and manually wire in a socket so that we can get Peugeot Planet to talk to it.

I'll take a look, it was fitted to the Xsara with TU5 JP INJECTION 90 HP. Do you have the VIN David as I'm reluctant to use the VIN I have for the Xsara because of other differences.

I don't have the VIN that came out of the car as it was a GTi6 that the engine and loom came from.

I'm surprised it was in a 90bhp Xsara though. The GTi6 and the Xsrara VTS were the same.

If it came out of a 90bhp Xsara then that right there could be the problem...

Just spoken to him again just now...

The ECU in the picture is the one that came with the 306 Dimma, he's had the car running on the ECU for the GTi6 that runs properly and that's not cured the issue either.

I'm sure the Xsara VTS (with RFS engine) ran an MM48P ECU

XU10J4RS is the GTi6 engine so that works.

If I'm reading that right,

Pin 16 of the OBD socket should be +12v, Pins 4 and 5 of the OBD socket will be GND, Pin 15 will be K-High and Pin 7 will be K-Low.??

K-High (Pin 15) goes to pin 12 on the ECU, K-Low (Pin 7) goes to Pin 31 on the ECU.

So, if we wire those 4 pins to an OBD socket and splice K-High and K-Low into the engine loom, then wire pin 16 to battery positive and pins 4 and 5 to battery negative, Peugeot Planet should hopefully talk to the ECU.

pin1 should also be ignition live.
Confirm the wire numbers printed on the wires from the ECU plug before making any connections.
Is this a single ECU plug or a 3 plug ECU?

Just to confirm that using the above pin outs worked perfectly and Peugeot Planet is now talking to the ECU

It was a single pin plug on the ECU.

Still having issues though so I'll update in the other thread.
