Mine was only £364.68 for me and my son.
Yes that's just the Zoe but I think they load it because of my age despite me having over fifty years no claims, they'd started the 'age' loading even with the old C5, old age don't come alone. :(

Of course other options make a difference - NCD Protection, guaranteed Courtesy Car and if so 'like for like' car etc., all add to the cost, plus SDP or SDP plus Business, annual mileage and area you live in (car crime / car jacking / boy racers / accident hotspots .... so no two will be the same.

Did the month before expiry quote seeking with Money Supermarket and got 12 months Insurance fully comp with the AA for under £200 for the Leaf. Happy with that.

I'm with Co-op Eco Insurance as their annual renewal never seems to leap up. However, it still bugs me that I'm paying more to insure a 2 litre diesel than I was to cover my heavily modified 550bhp AMG E55

AA just sent out their renewal proposal for the Leaf Last year £171, this Year £271. Not keen on that so I did the usual thing and tried a couple of comparison sites money supermarket and Compare the Market.

What usually happens is there are loads of hardly heard of companies with cheaper quotes, and the odd one you have heard of fronted by the banks/building societies and last year the good old AA.

This year things have changed, few beat the renewal offering by the AA and the cheapest on the list were "Marmalade" but not so cheap that I could be bothered to change...come on where did they dig that name from...
