Fumes still after 5months

Hello

I have a 2018 B9 van with 54000 miles on it .In March of this year i started getting fumes in the cab.

So far i have had the head oil leak done , a new water pump fitted tightened every easy access cap and clip i can see .

The exhaust has been check and has no leaks

Slowly the fumes have eased but im still getting a sore throat and an unpleasent taste after driving the van .

If i accelerate hard i get an oil smell .

I have looked under and over for any signs of oil blow but can't see or touch any anywhere .

HELP ANYONE!!!!!

Is there anything i should be looking for , tightening or replacing . Other than the fumes the van runs perfect , it did 700miles on a full tank of diesel during a trip to Scotland and didn't miss a beat .

There can't be much wrong with it other that its causing me stress and throat issues .

A common problem on vans is poor sealing of the back doors, the fumes from the exhaust get dragged in.

A friend has this issue on his Picasso - oil leaking from the injector seals, pooling and then when hot smoking and being drawn in from the outside air inlet.

Retightening injectors and a good clean up was required, but still smelled for a time after until all the old residue has burned off.

Checked the injectors they are tight . Had the sump resealed , found it was leaking . Also found the egr pipe leaking from the end on the left of the engine
