I saw that garage in his video as well - it'd be a tough choice which of the three vehicles to take home..... but I think I could have most fun with the Stally 8-)

Nice surprise at South Acomb Farm at the Bywell Coffee Barn, a classic Citroen in the car park.

That is, in my humble, the very best colour scheme for a 2CV :D

A rare car now... And so is the Ka next to it... Both were irresistible to the old tinworms...

Had I done as I intended and just went for a very short run, I'd have never have seen this... I did about four times the distance I planned and this was the reward :D

Now if number 147 on that street with the grey door, had an orange door that would have required an entry on "Familiarity Phenomenon and other unlikely co-incidences" viewtopic.php?p=766408#p766408

The Ford Onion :) a quite difficult car to sell at the time, everybody wanted a hatchback.

I had an Orion Ghia 1.6 from new in 1983 which I loved but I had to give it up in exchange for 2 cars when the wife decided to learn to drive, I exchanged it for a Mini City for her and the Lancia Beta convertible for me. Interesting to note that that particular car is badged as an Escort, a result of poor sales under the Orion name perhaps? :-D

During my run tomorrow I'll knock on their door and ask if they'll paint it orange Neil... I'll explain why :)

If only Jim :-D Above and beyond the call of duty I feel, though undoubtedly it would be a superbly-crafted piece of odd behaviour, one we could all celebrate, and a bit of reflected glory for the "orange door" seed I planted. :-D

Thinking on, if I did, I think I may well end up a good candidate for being carted off by the men in white coats

Too expensive for the under 10k thread but the colour alone qualifies this for a mention in my view: :-D
