Dispatch 2.0 hdi 2015 gearbox jumping out of 1st gear

Hi there thanks for any possible help
My dispatch 6 speed 2.0 hdi 2015 jumps out of 1st gear . And I'm unsure what it could or even what model the gearbox will be .

How many miles has it done ? I had a Saab which would jump out of gear, it was on about 150k miles and when I dismantled the gear box the bearings in it were completely worn out giving a lot of play and movement in the shafts. It was also making a whining noise.
