C4 GP Top Screen Wiring

Unread post by Ghostgeezer »

Hello all

I have just changed my Top display over from mono to a Colour screen.
My car obviously is missing the LVDS cable that goes between the Smeg+ and Top screen. I can source that no probs. (My Smeg+ has 2 LVDS sockets)
But there is a Yellow plug that seems to be some sort of power connector.
Does anyone have a wiring diagram or knowledge of what that plug is normally plumbed into?
The screen obviously works fine without the LVDS and this yellow plug. Its just missing SatNav display and stuff.
I can easily add the LVDS, but what about Mr Yellow plug??How do I make him happy?

Any help would be most appreciated. :-D

That's the video input for the Parking assistance I believe.

Ahhh... O.K. I only have rear sensors, no cameras. So that works out well for me.
Thank you. I can put that out of my head now. Just the LVDS cable to find and fit.
