TCM defected!

Hey everyone, I need your help.
My TCM is officially defected and I need a new one. In my country Lebanon I couldn’t find one with the exact same codes on it, although I found a couple on the internet but unfortunately they can’t be shipped to me.
So 1) anybody knows someone having this exact module that can ship it to me?
2) My mechanic thinks that this may not be the original TCM that came with the vehicule when it was new, so how can I be sure of this thing?

That is the correct Gearbox ECU for this vehicle as you have shown in your picture (S 118 047 804 D)
