T9 Engine oil leak

So I have a T9 engine oil leak. I’ve had the crank shaft oil seal replaced as it seemed to be coming from that area, I’m at a loss to what is going on I’ve attached a picture. To the right beside some black plastic you can see clean new oil.

Anyone have any ideas?

Looks like the timing belt casing cover seal
