The invasion of Paggers has begun
Tin hats at the ready!
It's quite benign, part of one of our Carnival floats today and a rather lovely vehicle...
The engine was really purring. Not sure what engine one of these little scout cars has but it surely sounded rather nice...

Awkward but interesting to drive, it has a Wilson preselect gearbox like the old Daimlers and you sit under the steering wheel which faces down toward the floor.

That's got to be fun! Spookily, it was only last week I was talking to someone on the very subject of driving them and the steering and gear arrangements were mentioned...
