Eps light

Hi the abs and eps lights were lit up on my ds3 had to change the abs pump but the eps light is still on any ideas

Did you have it properly diagnosed before replacing any parts? ESP lights can come on for many reasons, often not as drastic as replacing the ABS / ESP pump.

Yes digibox said pump was faulty now it says there is a fault with the clock spring but it is calibrated and working properly but the esp light won't cancel

Ok, so this is a known issue on this vehicle and can depend on whether you have semi-automatic parking assistance or not. I don't think you have this option.

It requires the suspension geometry to be checked.
(1) Calibration of the steering wheel angle sensor. (Vehicle with semi-automatic parking assistance option).
(2) Calibration of the gyroscopic sensor. (vehicles without semi-auto parking)

Next, the condition of the tyres must be checked. Critically, if you have tyres of different brands on the same axle (Front axle or Rear axle) or one tyre is significantly more worn than the one on the other side, it can cause a problem with the steering wheel angle information received.

So once you have checked the suspension geometry like the tracking and the tyre makes / tread pattern / wear on the same axle then you need to calibrate the Calibrate the gyroscopic sensor. This must be done with a proper diagnostic tool.

I have put new tyres on, got the steering realigned and when we try to calibrate the gyroscopic sensor it says it is calibrated

So this is the fault descriptor (outside of the Technical Service Bulletin for this fault code), for the Teves ABS / ESP MK60 System:

Fault Code:	C1136
Description of Fault:	Steering wheel angle sensor fault. Value outside the range. Ignition switched on.
Conditions for Fault to clear:	Vehicle speed higher than 20 km/h.
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	Immediate cutting out of all of the stability control ESP regulation functions. ESP/ASR indicator lamp Message Audible beep
Symptoms:	Loss of control of the vehicle, no regulation of under-steer or over-steer Deviation of vehicle on braking Minimal locking of wheels in conditions of poor grip Wheel slip
Suspect Areas:	CAN harness Electric power steering Suspension geometries Interference

It doesn't have any of the symptoms stated above

Those can be the symptoms that can occur when this fault is active as basically your ESP features are deactivated as a result of the downgrade modes listed, so caution is advised knowing the system is disabled.

Can you also confirm you have the correct size tyres / wheels fitted to the vehicle as if these are different the ESP system can also throw a wobbly.

Those are the correct sized tyres.

So you can rule that out if they are the same all round.
Short of the actual steering mechanism itself (the sensor is integral to the mechanism) or the CAN data network, I can't suggest anything else.
