Peugeot 3008 2.0 sport

Hi all, I'm new to the forum and could do with some help diagnosing the thorn in my side pug 3008 2.0 hdi sport, I have had fault codes for the egr, turbo position. After taking appart the egr and cleaning it out the car ran smooth for about 3 weeks and then behold! The orange light of despair appeared again. When scaned the same codes appeared again. This time I found the vacuum pipe had worked itself loose but after repairing and clearing the codes the check engine light seems to pop up daily and always with the same codes. Any advice would be appreciated.
