Let's hope it's only showers if it does come down but as SWMBO is coming I'm sure we'll have the kitchen sink available! :-D
See you at 8.30 Jim!

Well done for achieving that today Jim. I've been struggling to even exist in the heat, can't even imagine trying to do anything physically strenuous in it!

I love and thrive in this heat... I think because I've lived enough time in some very hot parts of the world I've become permanently acclimatised. To be honest, it's only now I feel warm enough not to wear a hoodie!

Yesterday, out on my bike, all I wore was a very thin skinsuit and suntan lotion. The latter is absolutely essential to me when the sun is out, whatever the temperature is...

My Mum found that Rose's Lime Cordial with a dash of Elderflower Cordial is very refreshing. It needs to be Rose's for the sharpness, while the Elderflower takes the edge off.

I always have a bottle of Roses in the cupboard and drink a glass or two on most days where the temp is over 20! I like it as it is so no need for the elderflower! :-D
