ZX jumping out of 5th gear help please!

Hi everyone,

The old ZX estate has been going fine lately, flown through MOTs and been reliable as always, however she has now started to jump out of 5th gear?

1st to 4th are fine, as soon as you put it in 5th it jumps out and just revs like in neutral. There are no metallic sounds or bangs it just pops out about 2 seconds after you change and accelerate?

Is this the gearbox or linkages or something on the gearstick itself? Also have seen it could be an engine mount?

Any help appreciated as I'm not trying to hold it in 5th or use the car at all as don't want to cause damage
