Just checked for changes in the garden and found SWMBO has been busy:
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Another walk through the woods at Houghall, Durham, opposite way round and a different path this time.
My feet are falling off.
A fallen tree sliced into another, spitting it down the middle, both halves still growing. This was unexpected. Most of the photo's unusable as very long exposures with lots of camera shake, dark in the woods and hard to see the wires. Notice on the posts saying it was telecoms fibre plus two steel wires of unknown usage.

The FCF's Top Table of threads POTD, needs today to acknowledge a fitting conclusion to the years in the questionmaster's chair of Jeremy Paxman.
The grand final 2023 with a couple of excellent teams, superbly knowledgeable ( apart from UK Geography of course), and quick on the buzzer.
On the I-player here for now https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m ... rand-final

Last year this whole area was one huge mass of poppies. Many different kinds.
This year, this is one of only three there.

Jack Hargreaves, Southern TV. We could pick that up where we used to live in Kent.
