Is there anyone other than Peugeot themselves that are able to supply locking wheel nut keys?
Have managed to wreck one of the tyres and having had the folks from the tyre centre come out they have discovered all the pins are missing from the wheel nut key.
Could I drill the remains of the pins out and replace them with some suitable metal rod?

Re: Locking wheel nut keys
Unless you HAVE to have locking wheel bolts I would remove them and throw them away. They can be more trouble than they are worth. I would also try your local scrap yard, as they may have a load of bolt 'keys' from the cars they have scrapped.
Years ago I had an issue with my car in that some 'gorilla' with an impact driver had tightened up the locking wheel bolts so tight that it was impossible to get one of them to undo. Doing so knackered the 'key', and two more from the scrap yard. I asked them to have a go, and 45 minutes (and £20) later they got it out (the guy concerned was at the point where he was NOT going to be beaten by a bl00dy wheel bolt!). I replaced the locking wheel bolts with standard wheel bolts.

Re: Locking wheel nut keys
Precision do locking wheel nuts sets for alloys - I replaced my Citroen locking ones with a set of these for £24 delivered. If you still want to have a set, these are a limpet type design, so they don't have any pins to rust or break. The limpet design fits over the unique head of the bolt so there's no shearing off.
They can be had for Citroen from £13:
Here for a C4 for example:

I was really pleased with them and would highly recommend them as a replacement if you wish to retain your wheels.

Re: Locking wheel nut keys
Just note those tapered seat bolts suit aftermarket wheels, the OEM alloys need the flat washer bolt type.
(Standard bolts for me, can't be doing with the lockers, too problematic. Concede I've not tried Marc's limpets though. (Look a bit vulnerable to "hammer a cheap socket on the top!)

Yes, should of mentioned - make sure you get the correct type for alloys - I just used the above as an example.
When you consider the little s***s are becoming more bold these days in broad daylight - why bother with the wheels when you can take the car?

Re: Locking wheel nut keys
I had a puncture last week and the place I took it for repair had a huge pile of wheelnuts/bolts.
Had a dig through them and thought that I had found four to replace my locking wheelnuts.
Two were too small, the other two the thread was wrong
I will get some one day and chuck the locking ones.

Re: Locking wheel nut keys
I find Irwin reverse-flute sockets, the ones designed to remove bolts with damaged heads and rounded nuts, work amazingly well on some varieties of locking wheel studs... Those 'Limpets' would be a dead cert to undo when faced with an Irwin...

Re: Locking wheel nut keys
I hope the occupier was OK, as I'm not sure how they got the keys - maybe the door was unlocked and they just helped themselves or threatened the owner into handing them over.
I'm assuming it wasn't keyless entry as one of the tinkers wasn't shown holding a relay transmitter near the car - unless the car was in close enough proximity to an 'unshielded' fob.
Anyway I hope they got the registration of both cars and that the perps get a thousand lashes each.

Re: Locking wheel nut keys
Most of the tyre fitting companies have tools to remove them such as Jim mentioned, I had them take off all four on my last C5, took about ten minutes, replace with bolts off Ebay.

Re: Locking wheel nut keys
Finally got the wheels sorted. The tyre place I use and most of the local garages seem to shy away from trying to remove the Peugeot style locking nuts with pins but did manage to find one who sorted it out pretty quickly with some nuts and a welder!
