2015 Expert 2.0Hdi 130bhp EGR Stuck Open-Air Mixer Jammed Shut.

Hi all. On my forever quest to get this van running optimally I have upgraded to Diagbox 9.68 VM.

Although the van has no error codes or EML or Limp, it does accelerate erratically and slowly (relatively) and make strange noises at different throttle positions.


Today I plugged in Diagbox and proceeded yet again to go thru the Actuator Tests. Upon the Air Mixer test the report came back with

Action completed without error
Actuator stuck (Jammed Shut)

At this point I'm not even sure what the Air Mixer is unless it's the Air Doser?

I then tried the EGR Cooling Circuit.

Action completed without error
Actuator soiled (Stuck Open)
