Induction plate and clock
My mobile phone induction plate doesn't work and the front clock doesn't open up with ignition.

Re: Induction plate and clock
Likely a fuse may have blown. Using faulty mobile charging cables or cheap cables for chargers can sometimes cause an over-voltage situation on the vehicle Head unit if not careful.
I assume you mean wireless charging pad above. So the specific fuse may also affect the clock opening.
Get rid of any cheap cables that are not official as they may not have the correct circuitry to prevent this sort of thing and second make sure you are not overloading any USB sockets or using any USB hubs or adaptors, and lastly, make sure you never have anything metallic resting on the charging pad like keys, or anything else.
Unfortunately they only list the basic fuses in the owner's manual - for a full list of fuses and locations you will need to get these from your dealer as stated in the manual.
