Looks like a (Danish) mate's Fiat Spyder. Brand new and the Swedish MOT people made him change the wheel as in a crash it may splinter and cause serious injuries (pre airbags).

Ah yes, rev counter is "down and round", Speedo more conventional. I remember sitting in a pal at uni somewhat ropey example and thinking how odd it was that idle speed at 4:00 position was just a bit odd!

Jaguar XK120......you may or may not appreciate the aesthetics of the interior/dash but it hits the interesting button for me because....

It has a reverse sweep tachometer.....what else has Students of todays whatsthisthen? will know at least one other.

New 2023 audience, most of the 2020 audience will have forgotten...so which car is this from Some may know it straight away because it was a thing for that car, but the detectives may just wonder what the part-no is above the mile-o-meter, and think I wonder if looking that up will produce the answer? er I did obliterate the makers name from the pic but really not that hard to either know or guess
