Electric Power Steering Pump Citroen C5 X7

Hello, forum!
I have one quick question regarding the Electric Power Steering Pump for my C5 X7. I want to replace the pump with a used one, and my question is, does it matter if the used pump comes from C5 X7 with a different engine, or are all pumps the same?
My car has 2.0hdi 103kw with hydropneumatic suspension.
Also, does it matter if the used pump comes from a vehicle with steel suspension?

Yes it does matter

Avoid X7s with these engines as they use one of 3 different types of coupled pump assemblies:

DT20C (3.0 HDI)
DT17BTED4 (2.7 HDI)
Some DV6TED4 (1.6) engines
ES9A (3.0 Petrol)

Stick to the same engine type as yours (all 2.0 HDI engines are fine) as they all have an electro pump.

So any X7 with a 2.0hdi engine, what about 2.2hdi? Also, can I look at the pumps from steel-sprung cars?

Yes, 2.0 HDi engines (Metal or hydraulic suspension) and 2.2 Engines (All 2.2 engines have hydraulic suspension).
