Xsara Picasso - backache from driving position?

Does anyone get backache from the driving position?

I've had various back/alignment issues since I got mine in 2019. The only thing that's changed is my age.
I've read in other places that some people had a similar issue. Is it the offset pedals or lack of lumbar support?

I've done 40k miles in it - it's now showing 107k.

And no, it's not from hiding out of embarrassment at the wheel!
