2006 1.9d DW8B Berlingo turbo conversion
I just got a probarly stupid idea. Could i take a turbo from a volkswagen 1.6 td and put that on my DW8B berlingo without having the engine blow up? Does the engine have oil ports?

The DW8 engines were never intended for a Turbo, so there would be no lubrication, no control etc., so basically a bad idea.

Easier to swap in a complete XUD9TE (1.9 intercooled turbo diesel) I would have said.
