Miniature daffodils spotted whilst out on my morning run after a remarkably successful shopping trip to Tesco... I even scored a punnet of tomatoes and a pepper

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Loads of those near my son's house last week. A bit too far for my phone camera.
Just dragged my dishwasher out into the street and I have crocuseses up too. Sad looking crocuses but still.
Barely visible
The rose stalks are to deter the cat that digs the plants up and shíts everywhere.

There's a cat around here that does that... Even in gravelmyglaren wrote: 28 Feb 2023, 10:44 Barely visibleThe rose stalks are to deter the cat that digs the plants up and shíts everywhere.
Happily, they understand and appreciate the problem
The only crocuses, purple ones, I've seen out so far this year have been on a grave. I didn't feel right taking a photo of them...

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Went round for my car, usually fill it up at the end of the month. Started raining as I was 100yds from home, rained all the way there but no matter, I was coming back in the car, except I wasn't as it is missing. Rained all the way back until 100 metric yards from home again the brilliant sunshine.
Can't recall the last time I saw any of these.
Daffs near son's
Someone has been picking them.

Another find in the heap of prints, from 1984.
I don't recall taking this, looks like it may be taken at Beamish but there are no others in that folder.

It could possibly have been outside the compound and why there are no other Beamish photo's.

Described as Victorian Horse Drawn Pantechnicon (rarely used word of the day but very accurate) and Beamish it ismyglaren wrote: 02 Mar 2023, 08:24 It could possibly have been outside the compound and why there are no other Beamish photo's.

There's always mention of furniture removals......... never any mention of putting the furniture back afterwards.

A bike for Jim.
Took this pic on my phone on Monday but it's taken until now to get it transferred.
