2015 Citroen C1 USB to Phone Issue

Hi all,

Im having problems connecting my to 2015 Citroen C1 to my mobile device using USB.

I have a Samsung A23 if it helps at all. It also has Android Auto installed.

Upon connecting my usb, my phone behind charging but the radio screen never recognizes it. I cant tell if this is a car, radio, usb cable or mobile issue.

Would anyone be able to help?

Android Auto may not work on your 2015 C1. You may only have a Bluetooth connection only.
