Hi buddy sorry for the late reply, well in my case i wired the conector on my Lexia vci backwards and pluged it in to the car and burned something, so i still can't fix the car i have no comunication with ecu and servo pump turns on ignition but wont comunicate with other modules, i have changed ABS module, ECU, BSI, BSM, still nothing now my suspension module also stoped working so i am still working on the car but i don't have osciloscope to test the signal so i am going blind on it, also i would suggest when you source for ABS module look for the exact same version like yours othervise i am not sure it will work

Battery voltage readings definitely suspicious - either poor battery or poor feed connections.

therefore not surprising you have the spread of odd faults

Battery is new and charged, connections are good do you think it could be the voltage regulator in my case but i am not sure if voltage regulator controlls the voltage when only ignition is on ?

I still couldn't fix mine, how did you code the ABS modul and did you use the exact same number for the ABS modul, the one i got had some numbers different from mine and it did not work, so that is why i replaced bsi ecu bsm but i suspect the problem is still in the ABS

My tachometar also make some strange things after the problem appeared, tell me was your servo pump working all the time while your ignition was on when you had the problem because when i put ignition on the servo pump turns on?

So how did you do the coding for the new ABS unit, what diagnostic tool did you use, my lexia wont work on my C5 ?
