Qi charger (wireless charger): phone is sliding down and not charging there

So, I have an iPhone 13 Pro and I have the wireless charger in my DS7. The problem is that while driving, my phone slides off and touches the end of the wireless charger square and apparently the wireless charger does not work when that happens, as the green light turns off.

The moment I put the phone to the top of the square or in the middle of the wireless charging pad, it works again.

Is this a problem that can be fixed by a garage or is it just normal? I mean, in one of my previous cards I had a similar mat, but the phone did not slide off like this (or was working even when sliding from the middle).

Anyone any idea and having the same issues?
