Citroen electrical fault. Wipers come on, lights flash and radio cuts out

Hi all,
I have a 2020 Citroen berlingo van. It has a rather bad electrical gremlin I’m hoping for some advice on.
Basically ever so often the wipers will go on once, the Parker lights flash and if the radio is on it will cut out for a second or so all at the same time. There will then be an anti pollution fault warning.
I recently purchased the van with knowledge of the wiper issue, but was rather naive to electrics in modern vehicles!
I’m confused how all these faults might be linked as they happen simultaneously, and at random moments, maybe once every 15 mins or so.
Just spoke to a garage who was open to doing a diagnostic read but not to trace the fault.
Any help would be great!
