Replaced three of the glow plugs, the one behind the EGR can wait until I get more time. Two out of the three were ok, 0.9ohm measured, one was a dud, open circuit. Hopefully tomorrow I wont have the glow plug warning flashing at me.....

I did find that the fuel pipe under the airbox has rubbed a hole in it... I'll put up a picture, so Marc can help me with a part number..... :-D Also need a set of pipes for the power steering.... as I have a leak from the metal piece where it clamps to the bodywork...

No worries, just make sure you put your request in the parts thread so I don't miss it  :

Quick google search found 1574T0 as the part number.....

Looks like its only available as a full fuel harness.... Might as well replace out the fuel filter at the same time...

Correct that's the Injection Pipe Harness, £157 from Citroen Inc.

Yes, I'll only supply members with official up to date parts data and official retail prices direct from Citroen / Peugeot at the time of posting. Members can at least do their own research if they want aftermarket parts using the official part number.

Well, £80 inc vat from General Traffic..... arrives tomorrow am. I'll post up some pictures.... Autodoc is cheap, but you have to wait weeks for it to arrive from Germany.

At least my Glow Plug fault has gone..... only to be replaced with another fault... EGR out of range. Suppose thats going to be another part I need to sort out....

Cheap van, my arse...

Well, Im fault free.... The EML went out the following morning. New harness fitted, and I found that the air box has been rubbing against the fuel pipe. Both badly worn where touching. Im surprised that this hasnt been part of a safety recall, as I had diesel dripping onto the engine. Luckily it was only the fuel return pipe back to the tank, not a high pressure one. Also replaced the fuel filter whilst I hat it to bits...

Next job, clutch. I got a LUK one, and a new Valeo slave, plus new output shaft seals for the gearbox... Also picked up a new set of FAG front wheel bearings, as Ive read they can be shot at around 100k. Whilst the engine is off one of its mounts, I'll replace the aux belt tensioner, as I can move the engine a few inches, to get at the torx bolt holding it in... Just need to find the time to do it....
