Update GPS on Mégane 2016

How can I update the GPS on my 2016 Mégane. I have tried a usb drive in the car and logged onto the Renault website but it says that I have the latest mapping. Help please?

So that would suggest you've already installed or downloaded the latest maps in that case. You need to see what the version of the map is that's already installed and compare the current version.

I know that if you have already downloaded the map update, some manufacturers remember this and don't offer you the update again - which may be your problem. So you'll either need to locate the file you previously downloaded and try that or contact Renault customer services.

Definitely not the latest mapping. Just been to Spain and roads that look to have been built in the last few years don't show. Direction arrow goes across fields.
Will contact Renault. May even get a reply.
