Hi Folks,can't believe less than 1 year ago I had to replace tensioner assy and belt the belt has just snapped again.
Was replaced last time by mechanic I use and apart from wear on top pulley all the rest were fine.
Anybody had repeat failures of this belt?

If it has a "clutch pulley" on the alternator, them worth checking if that is functioning. My understanding is if that locks up it causes the belt to flutter, this puts strain on tensioner and belt. So worth a check.
Just noticed it mentions hybrid - I'm not sure if these are a combination alternator - starter unit? If they are then imagine belt system likely a fair bit different (and clutch pulley comment also irrelevant in that case)
Others more familiar will likely be along shortly with more specific suggestions.
