Citroen C4 - no reverse - diagnostics?

Hello!

I have a Citroen C4 that won’t go into reverse. It’ll shift with the paddles but nothing from the gear stick at all. We’ve tried replacing it to no joy.

Is anyone on here local to the Yeovil area that has a lexia diagnostics tool?
