after a bit of digging around on tweb tested all fuses known to be associated with constant live to obd2 port found nothing broken. After testing pin 16 I'm getting between 0.3-0.6v ish insteade of 12v plus removed fuse f4 & still getting same readings. Any help woupd be much appreciated 
also should i be getting a reading from fuse f4 with engine off
