Gearbox problems

Hi - I hope someone can offer some advice. I've a 2013 picasso. Duel tranmission. We have replaced the clutch (or whatever its called in an Automatic) and now we have to use the gear paddles while in Automatic to get to 3rd gear and then to move from 3rd to 4th we have to move the transmission level into neutral and bk to auto for each change from 4th 5th and 6th. Warning lights on - gear box issue, hand break fault (although breaks are fine) and service. Mechanic said its a computer issue that will start working after it's been driven for a while!!!

There's a fairly comprehensive (and lengthy) procedure required after disturbing the clutch / actuator on these, if this has not been done then all sorts of oddities are likely (if it will go at all!). Shown here:
