Hi help needed please?

I had a problem with my washer jets, I tried to find the fuse and ended up having to look through all fuse’s until I found the blown one, replaced this and washers are good again.
However now each time I go to the van the remote will not work, when I get in the van and put the keys in the ignition and turn it on the engine starts fine but the bash clock goes back to 00.00 when I get out of the van for a short time the keyfob will work but after a few minutes nothing again and I have to use the key to enter the van, I start it and the doors then unlock with the fob.
I have replaced the fob battery too but still won’t work.

There may be a shunt fuse that can go in 2 positions, if it is in the wrong position it will give similar symptoms.
