Have they tried deleting the faults and testing again. I am always suspicious when I see that many, they are usually temporary/intermittent faults recorded in the memory.

Yes, they disappear with a BSI reset. MelC4 can't find a way forward and does not want to commit to unnecessary expense. A garage with a Sun machine produced these codes for him.

When you changed the fuses did you attempt to clean the mounting socket blades?

Hi no i did not clean that part the fuse slides into how do clean that part.

Several inserts one after the other can scrape the contact surfaces. An electrical contact cleaning spray is available but any non conducting maintenance spray can also help. The same happens to all plugs and sockets in the harness as well as blades and pins that can get bent or weakened as well. Metal surfaces will always get corrosion over time and PSA harnesses are not the best on the market to start with so getting connections clean is vital and there is no easy answer to that, you just have to be thorough and methodical and you won't always be able to see the surfaces.

You might want to cut some of the boards in half lengthwise for narrow sockets. Sharp scissors can make a good job of it, if not then metal shears. You can snip off half an inch at a time to give a fresh cutting face as they wear. I keep a couple in my tote tray with the small files. They can also be curved or even bent to reach awkward spots that metal files can't reach.
Emery boards, like all things, come in different sizes and qualities. In the UK I use Semi Chem to purchase them. I have no idea what stores to use in other countries. LOML uses an electric nail file so I can't raid her stocks.

Most places are open tomorrow I will have a look, I had a look at the wiring harness today it looks ok and tested all wires to ECU with the details that Marc put up, so maybe the voltage retention ECU is faulty causing that 2 errors U1133 which is reversible alternator not confirmed & U1134 communication between ECUs on the LIN.

Hi after cleaning the alternator 5 pin plug and connections on ECU 10pin black connector of the stop/start ECU I have only 1 error U1134 as in the scan photo below can this be due to my replacement stop start capacitor not being added or registered as a new part correctly everything else checks ok or can it be the voltage retention ECU is faulty.
