That's just awesome 8-) A most gorgeous car and I did not fully appreciate just how until I looked at the full gallery...

Truly a work of art!

Worth every Euro!

And do you see 'michel' is bidding... Surely not the Michel of this very parish? It'll go well with his C3 and motorbike...

The fact is it's even an auto which means it qualifies for my very own fleet, sadly though the steering wheel is on the wrong side for me and I'm not sure SWMBO would like the idea of a remortgage!! :-D

I thought we were already decimal by 1970.

But those links could be a problem for 1970s computers.

Yes that was what I'd found odd Neil!! It struck me that there was something not right in a deal being ceased before the quoted price was available!! :-D
D-Day was 15th February 1971 so the price was not correct before the deal was allegedly ended!! Well done!

Is it a Saab Sonnet?

Unusual wheels and the PCD looks massive! (Which makes me doubt my guess and wonder if is something with beetle underpinnings as they'd similar huge 5 stud PCD!)

Saab 96s had that 5 bolt pcd and, yes, it is a Sonnet.
