C4 Grand Picasso 1.6HDi MKII Heater blower not working

C4 Grand Picasso 1.6HDi MKII heater blower not working. Though it did work after driving over a pothole.
It continued to work on that journey but the next day was not working again.

Have looked at the forums and we suspect (though could be wrong) the blower motor resistor.

Going to have a look for it in the light tomorrow but am posting the VIN below in the hope someone can tell me the part number so we can look in to replacement costs.

Is it the A430 number or the 40530 number, or something else perhaps?
